Residential Extension: Loft Conversion in a Conservation Area

Brief: This client required an Architect to design their loft conversion in rural Oxfordshire, providing them with an additional bedroom and bathroom to accommodate their growing family. Having worked with the client on their single storey rear extension whilst at a previous Architectural practice, they contacted us to help them in designing their loft conversion and navigating the planning process.  We  produced a pleasing design, making an attractive addition to the property that met their family needs and also the criteria set by the local Council Planning and Conservation Officers.
