ANNEX Extension
Residential Annex
Status: Completed
Brief: This client required an annex to their property for a relative to live in near to them, whilst maintaining as much of their independence as possible. The space needed to be designed so that the space was flexible and could be easily transformed for future uses.
The property's entrance was re-imagined reflecting the design and materials of the annex, providing a more complete look for the dwelling as a whole.

Status: Completed
Brief: This client required a home office and art studio space. The materials were chosen to reflect those of the client's home but with a lighter touch. Due to it's height and being in a conservation area, a planning application was required which was successfully granted. Roof windows on the rear of the building provide a consistent natural light for painting, and the end of the building is also being utilised as a garden store, accessible through bespoke cedar double doors.
